Corporate finance & strategy · Online gambling and adjacent markets
Senior, hands-on advice from someone who has run the business and done the deals.
Orange Capital Advisers is the independent practice of Crispin Nieboer, former CEO of William Hill Online and Group Director of Corporate Development at William Hill PLC. I advise boards, founders and investors on M&A, partnerships, funding strategy and growth, and I do the work myself.
Services
Mandates where judgement and sector access matter more than headcount
Engagements are scoped to the decision in front of you, from a single board paper to a full transaction.
Sell-side & buy-side M&A
Exit readiness, buyer and target mapping, valuation, negotiation and deal management through to completion.
JVs & strategic partnerships
Market-access deals, media and brand partnerships, B2B supply agreements and their commercial terms.
Investor readiness & introductions
Equity story, business plan and board materials, and introductions across my industry network. Regulated aspects of any fundraise are handled by appropriately authorised firms.
Code, IP & platform deals
Source-code licences, ownership transfers and build-versus-buy decisions for PAM, sportsbook and content platforms.
Vendor selection
Platform, payments, data and content supplier selection, with migration risk assessed from an operator's seat.
Turnaround & board strategy
Diagnostics, transformation plans and board-level strategy work for public and private companies.
Recent Orange Capital Advisers engagements include a JV for a multi-billion-dollar US-quoted global gambling operator to enter the social casino space, advising the board of a UK-listed European omni-channel operator on its global expansion strategy, and entry into the ADW slots market for a leading investor group in the global gambling space.

How I work
A small practice by design
Senior from start to finish
The person you meet is the person who builds the model, writes the paper and sits in the negotiation.
Operator's judgement
Advice tested against how platforms, product, marketing and payments work in practice.
Specialist bench when needed
Larger mandates draw on trusted partners for technical due diligence, legal, tax and regulatory work.
Conflicts checked first
Every enquiry is checked for conflicts before an engagement is agreed, and handled in confidence.
